L’inauguration of the contemporary art review Let’s meet in Villa Simonettaedited by Marisa Cortese and organized by Artestruttura in collaboration with Patty’s Art Gallerywill be held Friday 2 December at 5pm.

Starting therefore from Friday, the exhibition and the rooms of Villa Simonetta will be open to all. Inside of dozens and dozens of works and eleven themes, corresponding to eleven groups of artists selected by as many co-curators, to shed light on the contemporary.

The themes that will welcome visitors range between technology and spiritualitybetween memory and nature, up to the perception of the body and unpredictability. Precious ideas to be revealed and enjoyed while walking through the rooms of the magnificent historic building: “Art, Web & Communication Forms”, “Nothing on the walls”, “Bookfolding”, “The body of others”, “Unpredictable … in our days”, “Spells ”, “Enigma nature”, “Fragments of memory”, “Spirituality at the time of the Metaverse”, “Black and white… a faded black and white”, “Caviardage – liberated words”.

Villa Simonetta will thus host an exhibition for the month of December in which the most harmonious colors and shapes will find space to speak directly to the eyes and hearts of the spectators. With the large spaces of the villa and thematic collections, it is inevitable that the works of contemporary Italian artists “sell magic and induce travel, at least with the imagination”.

Convinced of the goodness of the project too gallery owner Patrizia Stefani, director of Patty’s Art Gallery: «The collaboration proposed to me by my friend Giancarlo Caneva of Artestruttura for the exhibition in Verbania immediately struck me as interesting above all for the seat of prestige and for the place. Intra, a locality in the municipality of Verbania on Lake Maggiore, is very interesting and strategic for some artists that I have been following for years in their artistic-professional career – he continues -. I found the theme proposed to them interesting and engaging: ‘The unpredictability‘. Never as in this historical period have our certainties been called into question by events and the artists have tackled the subject by leading the observer to reflect and search for an inner spirituality».

The exhibition, sponsored by the City of Verbania and by the Siviera association, will see the mayor Silvia Marchionini. Furthermore, for the occasion, it will be possible to participate in a guided tour with the intervention of the actress Silva Cristofari.

On display for “Unpredictable … the present day” the works of artists such as Mariù (Mariuccia Barbon), Piero Boni, Elena Borboni, Alda Boscaro, Enrico Fraschetti, Rosangela Giusti and Fabrizio Pinzi of Patty’s Art Gallery, but also the creations of Paola Bega, Giancarlo Caneva, Adriana Collovati, Giampaolo Muliari, Giuseppina Pioli, Elettra Spalla Pizzorno, Manuela Poggioli, Claudia Raza, Maria Milena Rocchetto And Maria Velardi.
