In this troubled world, if we adults don’t even know where the sun rises, imagine how children and young people are doing. Normally young people go to adults in search of advice, guidance, with parents, teachers, uncles, grandparents, etc. But what happens if we are all “out of the loop”, that is, also confused with this world turned upside down. Who can they go to?
Obviously very few. While we see how centuries-old and millennial institutions such as governments, religions, society in general and even medicine, falter as they crumble and uncertainty reigns in our homes, schools, businesses, etc. How do we provide them with stability?
We have no choice but to cling to two things that have never wavered despite historical crises: our human and spiritual values. In these last ones I want to be very direct and firm, I say in regards to spirituality. I am not referring to that which nests in religions, I am referring to human spirituality; since as I said before, one of those that are collapsing are religious institutions and by this, I mean all religions, I do not mean any one in particular.
We must go back to the basics in everything to rethink human society from there. We are precisely the “adults” of all ages who must unlearn so many paradigms that we have been taught for generations and redesign this society from scratch. Humanity can no longer continue to function from the illogical separatist that filled this planet with borders, social levels, castes, school grades and the very worth of people depending on whether they meet such or such characteristics of knowledge, economic position, genotype (the misnamed races) and a very long etcetera where ideas, philosophies and political tendencies enter and even the sexuality of individuals and diverse tastes in general.
Yes, indeed the panorama is overwhelmingly huge, we cannot cover it individually, but there is a path that we can all follow and with actions in our being, that is, in us, we can little by little reshape the whole human society. I can’t change or affect the world, but I can work on myself, on my mind, on my spirit, on my inside. Somehow we all know what is right, what is good and what is not. Above all, if we focus on those human values that have always accompanied us since we existed, we can take the reins of life again.
I have stopped paying attention to what the media, politicians, “leaders”, movies, etc. tell us about how we are supposed to live. I stopped listening and following fashions and/or trends, because if we look closely, they are only the wishes of those beings that tell us that “they” are the ones who should govern us. It is already patent and notorious that the social system or systems that they made us accept are founded on lies. These lies can no longer sustain the world they had us living in. That is why the apparently normal world that we have been living… It is not natural for us humans, it goes, in fact, against the very essence of humanity.
It is not natural that I cannot develop the talents and abilities with which I was born and that I must force myself into a certain social or professional role, and even box a God within the very limited and constrained concept in which I was taught to look at it
If the universe is infinite and knows no end and I am part of it, then my possibilities to grow and develop are by nature equally infinite, so boxing my life in a social, work or professional role is destructively limiting of my own being and my nature
We must stop listening to those dehumanized “beings” or those that don’t even reach humans, to listen to ourselves… I must feel myself, I must pay attention to my intuitions, in a nutshell I must listen to my spirit. When we stop looking outside and look inside our hearts, the certainty of our path will appear clearly before us, that blinded by the world that today crumbles before our eyes, we had stopped seeing. It is the inner search that will return us to the path of certainty and we will see as memory and learning that world of uncertainty that is beginning to be left behind. 1CP
