Entrapment to popular sovereignty

Drafting trills that penetrated the citizen environment, constant disqualification of the institutional framework, and exercise of the opposition from mythomaniac speeches, managed to crack Colombian democracy and opened space for the left to rise to victory, hope for change that vanishes before the petty robbery that brings with it a political caste that does not care about the damage they cause to the country, their lies and misinformation. Ambition for power shielded by the liberal and progressive guarantees of the national political system, pontificated a false champion who claims to fight for the well-being of the most vulnerable and “total peace”, but in his actions reveals that it is necessary to move from illusionism to sad reality that shows more of the same in the continuity of government coalitions. Excessive privileges, clientelism and corruption, which are overshadowed by false promises and spirits plagued by revenge and misinformation, show that the future of Colombia will be the same or worse than the one they criticized so much for years.

Distant is the constitution of a government team in which merit and preparation are not conspicuous by their absence, the first quarter of the Petro Urrego administration sows anxiety and uncertainty that already take their toll on the capital market. Low execution and questionable proposals for social and economic policy on the part of the left set up a paraphernalia from which they recoil and contradict each other, outlining a government doctrine that will have no return. The annihilation of the middle class and industrial production in Colombia, promoted by the presidency, congress, ministries, and various institutions, only generates shame when verifying that the most historic of the first days of your president it is the cost of the dollar, the rise in the price of gasoline, the level of interest rates, inflation, insecurity and misrule. It is complex to think that, by destroying industries and income for citizens, hunger and misery will end, to believe that this chaos makes Colombia a more competitive country.

The annals of history already record that with the story of “total peace” your representative began a fair of pardons, amnesties and pardons for those who vandalize the nation; dark characters that kidnap, rape, extort and recruit girls, boys and young people. The coming to power of the messiah of humans was escorted by a sect of “front lines” created, financed and trained to facilitate the implementation of a socialist system that came to the presidency with the rage of a popular mass fed with resentment and whose violence is pimped by Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego himself and the militants of the Colombian left. Dangerous is the famous social service for peace proposed in Congress, one more step in the global agenda to weaken the military forces of the states, a strategy to reach a new world order where people, ironically, “will have nothing and They will be supremely happy.”

Handing over sovereignty, little by little, to supranational entities leads to saying that the country is unviable without a tax reform, allowing the dollar to rise without control or shock measures, or devaluing the peso to such an extent that it is worth nothing, perhaps as they did in Venezuela with the bolivar, they are a block of measures to create the perfect storm, lock themselves in and not allow contact with the outside. You are leading a government that speaks of austerity, while squandering the money of the people, progressive socialism that has captivated a horde of followers who refuse to admit that in less than three months the left has caused an economic and social disaster in Colombia. . It is risky that government institutions endorse the disavowal of law enforcement and opt to buy support in exchange for benefits for a troop of irresponsible urban militias, “front line”, who are only trained to generate chaos in the country, insurrectionary actions product of the continuous and determined audacity to destroy society.

Anarchy, which has a negative impact on the nation, is typical of an administration that neither governs nor is willing to make the change promised in the campaign. It is turbulent to assimilate the background of the “front lines”, to understand that from the presidency they want to pardon them, they are financed from political forces and now from the Ministry of the Interior their release is arranged when they commit crimes. Asymmetries that are beginning to be generated among citizens outline a social sphere in which the law will be applied to everyone, except those who are friends of the government, selective impunity known as “total peace” and neglect of the response that should be given to claims old-fashioned social policies that will bring with them political returns. Reckless is the normalization of the destruction of the primordial unity in society, the constitution of a national group distant from ideologies and polarization, taking refuge in so many words that only encourage the irresponsibility of those who do not have ethics and spirituality.

The populism of Petro Urrego, and his allies of the Historical Pact, sweetened the ears of more than 11 million irresponsible zombies, citizens who, under deception, bought smoke and in the first days of government already have some who feel hung from the brush , repentant and seeing a spark. Dupes were those who believed that their voice and vote would resonate with the left when really the decisions had already been made, the political class, from all sectors, normalized lying to the people. In Colombia there is not a single party that, even if it has the majority, wants to do good, everyone is looking for contracts and benefits, that is why they do everything possible to plan, adjust, pay favors and accommodate the facts for the benefit of a few. From crouching, it begins to happen that the word peace, which the Historical Pact deals with, seeks to clean up the judicial past of the radical left, to leave unpunished all the crimes against humanity committed by former members of guerrilla groups, to make them appear as political crimes.

Difficult will be the near future for the nation if key adjustments in the tax reform are not glimpsed in the panorama and the government begins to speak with prudence, open unnecessary and little strategic debates, such as the issue of hydrocarbons, has already demonstrated the consequences it has on devaluation. Wanting to equate Colombia with economies like the Mexican and Brazilian is to ignore that they have worked to have their own productivity, while the country, on the contrary, has dedicated itself to importing and depending on the dollar. The tax reform that is proposed impoverishes the citizen, calls for efforts from employers, investors, merchants, and workers, but nowhere is the tightening of the belt by the government that wastes spending and creates ministries perceived.

Narrative of the Petro Urrego administration is ridiculing to the point of bordering on new normalities, identity doctrines that confirm egotism, arrogance, ignorance, dishonesty, corruption, and perversity. The populist strategy your president it seeks to atomize the social collective by niches, political clienteles, which in the end are left depending on everything from the government in exchange for votes; perfect recipe to weaken the primary constituent. The worst mistake of the Historical Pact has been and will be to have set the country on fire with the excuse of a tax reform, to come to power to introduce a worse one, trying to silence the voice of millions of Colombians who disagree and are now represented by the opposition. . The entrapment that was woven against popular sovereignty raised the expectations of many, gave the fight in the media against public opinion, recruited naive and made believe that a change was coming that did not work and ended up being more of the same.
