✨✨✨ The welcoming place ✨✨✨

You will be accommodated in the spacious, comfortable and welcoming gîte of the Maison des Sœurs de la Providence, with full board (except Spanish inn on Thursday evenings), in the heart of the Val d’Azun, in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65400).
Linens provided.

Be in good physical condition, beginners welcome.

✨✨✨ Throughout the stay, you will be guided by ✨✨✨

Barbaka is a therapist and musician. She has been organizing courses and stays for several years, around shamanism, the sacred feminine, reconnection to oneself.
She also accompanies individual sessions. Benevolence, respect for oneself and others and laughter are at the heart of her practice and what she transmits.
Sylvain is a geobiologist, Reiki practitioner and a great lover of minerals and Nature. He likes sharing between humans, meetings, exchanges and transmitting his experiences through what he vibrates, in benevolence and listening to others.
Thomas is a mountain guide in the Pyrenees. For 25 years, he has been supervising stays on snowshoes or on foot. A lover of wild spaces, he will be keen to share with you an immersion in the heart of these preserved mountains. To give another dimension to our experience in the mountains, he is currently training as a sensory Martial Art pedagogue, a practice derived from Aikido and perceptual pedagogy which aims to develop the sensory intelligence of our body towards a unfolding of his impulses of life. For a relational education to Peace in oneself and around oneself.
Kika will cook for us throughout the stay. Originally from Chile, she loves vegetarian cuisine because it pushes her to seek out new recipes, new ways of cooking. It avoids frying and long cooking in order to preserve cooked foods and seasonal cuisine and with 80% organic products.

Educational costs: 280 €
Housing (price for the whole stay):

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed: 210 € (i.e. 105 € per person if shared by 2 people who know each other or by a couple)

Bedroom 2: (access from dormitory 1): 1 double bed: 190 € (i.e. €95 per person if shared by 2 people who know each other or by a couple)
Dormitory 1: (2 single beds): 90 € / person
Dormitory 2: (6 single beds): 70 € / person

Meal: 70 € for the whole stay.
Snowshoe rental (contact Thomas): 6 € per day and per person, possibility of renting the shoes from a sports shop as well (3 to 5 € per day) if you
don’t have Gore tex and high winter hiking boots.
Transport to snowy places (we will see on the spot): 5 € per person per transport (if you do not take your own vehicle).

Arrival at the gîte between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., installation.
4 p.m. start of stay.
On Sunday, departure after lunch, around 2 p.m.
Carpooling will be offered between participants.
Possibility of picking you up at Lourdes station by minibus (contact Thomas).

Reservation required – Limited places (between 8 and 12 places, depending on reservations).

Registrations will only be validated upon receipt of the duly completed form and receipt of the deposit of 140 euros.
In the event of cancellation of the course on your part before February 9, 2023, half of the deposit (70€) will be refunded. After this date, no reimbursement will be made except for compelling medical reasons.
Once your registration has been validated, you will receive an e-mail 10 to 15 days before the start date of the course with the list of participants for carpooling as well as things to bring.
The course is strongly discouraged for anyone with psychological problems.
Each participant is responsible for his person and his health.
