This stay is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through nature. An invitation to a change of scenery, to magic, to the contemplation of beauty.

Because the body is fundamental in the practice of spirituality, because it is our tool of intuition and connection to what surrounds us, to nature, this year we are offering you a stay to combine the practice of hiking and spirituality. Spirituality for us rhymes with concrete. That is to say that we will offer you experiences that are lived through the body, and which are part of our daily lives.
Come and meet your center in the heart of the Spanish wilderness. These breathtakingly beautiful spaces take us on a journey both outside and inside. This environment is conducive to listening and wonderment.

The practice of hiking is wonderful for finding yourself in the heart of your body, in breathtaking nature.
It goes perfectly with the practical spirituality that invites us to come back to ourselves through listening, presence, wonder and joy.
An opportunity to breathe away from the hectic pace that daily life can sometimes impose.

The body practice, your experiences, your feelings and the benevolent word will be at the center of this stay.

Prerequisites

Be in good physical condition, beginners welcome.

The reception place

You will be accommodated in the San Urbez guesthouse, full board in the heart of the Sierra de Guara, Spain.
The rooms are shared in single bed (room for 4 to 5 people).

Throughout the stay, you will be guided by

Barbaka is a therapist and musician. She has been organizing courses and stays for several years, around shamanism, the sacred feminine, reconnection to oneself.
She also accompanies individual sessions. Benevolence, respect for oneself and others and laughter are at the heart of her practice and what she transmits.
Sylvain is a geobiologist, Reiki practitioner and a great lover of minerals and Nature. He likes sharing between humans, meetings, exchanges and transmitting his experiences through what he vibrates, in benevolence and listening to others.
Thomas is a mountain guide in the Pyrenees. For 25 years, he has been supervising stays on snowshoes or on foot. A lover of wild spaces, he will be keen to share with you an immersion in the heart of these preserved mountains. To give another dimension to our experience in the mountains, he is currently training as a sensory Martial Art pedagogue, a practice derived from Aikido and perceptual pedagogy which aims to develop the sensory intelligence of our body towards a unfolding of his impulses of life. For a relational education to Peace in oneself and around oneself.

Price per person

All-inclusive stay: €722 per person
(460 euros for educational costs, 50 euros for return transport Pau-le gite, Accommodation with full board 212 euros)

Accommodation
In shared rooms of 4 or 5 people, single bed, full board.

Practical organization

Departure from Pau to 9:00 a.m. the July 13. Thomas, Aurèle and Sylvain take you by carpool to the refuge.
If some wish to go there directly it is possible, consult us.
1:00 p.m.: arrival at the refuge and installation, then walk and swim in the natural pool.
the July 17, departure after lunch, 2:00 p.m..

Registrations will only be validated upon receipt of the duly completed form and receipt of the deposit of 225 euros.
If you cancel the course before June 29, 2023, half of the deposit (€112.5) will be refunded. After this date, no reimbursement will be made except for compelling medical reasons.
We reserve the right to cancel the stay (full refund of the deposit) if you are less than 5 participants.
