Starting today Thursday 1 September, here is what changes in the parish of St. James and that is good to know, since it is the heart of the spirituality of Medjugorje.

As every year, starting from September 1st until May 31st, the so-called winter prayer program comes into effect. Below is all the useful information in this regard for those who go on pilgrimage to Medjugorje.
We recall that the prayer appointments in the parish of St. James represent the heart of the spirituality of Medjugorje, and that this program was inserted according to the invitations of Our Lady through her messagesin which it reminds us of the centrality of the Eucharist, Adoration, Veneration of the Cross, Confession and the Rosary.

For the Confessions, priests are available every day before the evening Mass starting at 4 pm.
The climb on Podbrdo to pray the Rosary with the parish will be on Sunday at 14, while the Way of the Cross on Križevac it will be on Friday at 2 pm.
There Holy Mass on Križevac in honor of the liturgical memorial of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, as usual the following Sunday will be the feast of the Nativity of Mary, then Sunday 11 September at 11:00.
Medjugorje: general information
The parish office, which is open every day from 8 to 12 except Sunday, and is available to give information about the scheduled meetings, catecheses and witnesses.
Furthermore, recommends the registration of incoming groupsor in Medjugorje in order to guarantee a better organization of the spaces for prayer.
