MOIE – Unitalsi has recently returned to the square in Moie, after a three-year stop and returns with the desire to share the journey of life with spontaneous meetings around the stands, the pleasure of dancing, the care of relationships, spirituality of the liturgy, the strength of witness and the harmony of music.
On the first evening, on August 26, the boys and girls of the parish of San Massimiliano Kolbe in Jesi and who live the experience with the Unitalsi association brought their experience together with their parish priest Don Gerardo Diglio. The meeting was a dialogue on the value of smiling in our daily relationships. Nurse Marcella Coppa, regional referent for Health Pastoral Care, presented some passages from the recent National Convention on Health Pastoral Care, promoted by the Italian Episcopal Conference. The topic of her conversation is: “Two years of isolation: what cure for our heart?”. During the evening, the volunteers dedicated a memory to Agostino Marasca, a pilgrim many times in Loreto, always available to collaborate in any situation, born on January 5, 1932 and died in full pandemic at the age of 88, on the evening of April 18, 2020, in the Maiolati retirement home where he has lived since September 1999.

In dialogue on the paths of hope and solidarity, accompanied by the voice of Luca Violini who will read texts of the Unitalsi and doctor Sabrina Coloccini (1974-2014), from the book “A voice for every heart” by Father Corrado Brida for 22 years animator of the Unitalsian pilgrimages to Loreto and by Vittore De Carli from the books “From darkness to light with the power of prayer” and “There is a white robe for us too”.
The party is an opportunity to share and to retrace the faces and stories of those who have passed through the association, starting with the founder Maria Ridolfi who, after helping so many people in Moie and giving life to the Unitalsi group in 1948, decided to leave first for Africa and then for Argentina where he founded the Casa de Sol center in Las Breñas, wanted by Maria Ridolfi Ottavini for children.
Food stands will be open on Saturdays and Sundays.
During the event it will be possible to request news on the pilgrimages of Lourdes, Loreto, Fatima… and on upcoming associative initiatives. The event takes place with the collaboration of the Parish of Santa Maria di Moie and in collaboration with Astralmusic and has the patronage of the municipality of Maiolati Spontini.
