 In the next few days, the Teatro della Pergola in Florence will host the show “Bazin” by Giancarlo Sepe, a milestone director of the Italian and international theatrical and cultural panorama.After the success of the replicas in an always enchanting Rome, which cheers with its october, the show will be repeated from 25 to 30 October 2022 in the “Paolo Poli” Saloncino of the Teatro della Pergola in Florence. With a cast of exceptional actors, capable of captivating the audience in a concentrated and reflective silence, “Bazin” is the latest staging work by the Caserta director Giancarlo Sepe. A “Bazin” show that allows you to approach a double artistic vision, passionate and beautiful: that of Andrè Bazin, critic and theorist of cinema, creator of the “Cahiers du cinéma” and advocate of the metamorphosis of young French critics into directors, and that of by Giancarlo Sepe, undisputed rich personality of the Italian theater. A play, “Bazin”, which evokes the need for cinema through a place as indispensable as the Theater. Cinema and Theater celebrated in “Bazin” in their similitude and brotherhood, both mediums of life and spiritual places of evolution, innovation, depth, philanthropism, love for society and much more. All the actors who support the architecture of a show with an intense rhythm should all be mentioned: Pino Tufillaro, in the role of “Bazin”, Giuseppe Arezzi, Marco Celli, Margherita Di Rauso, David Gallarello, Claudia Gambino, Francesca Patucchi, Federica Stefanelli and Guido Targetti. The sets are by Alessandro Ciccone, the costumes by Lucia Mariani, the lighting design is by Roberto Bonfantini, the music is by Davide Mastrogiovanni and Harmonia Team.
