Tulum Crypto Artist Moves Fruits to “Feeling the Fruit” NFT Collection

From SXSW and NFT LA, to Consensus and NFT.NYC, Tulum-based multidisciplinary artist Alejandro Glatt has made it his mission to connect humanity with nature and Web 3.0 technology through the “power of fruit.”

As founder of the Movement Feel the Fruit, Glatt promotes an experiential healing experience that combines meditation with fruit to connect with all five senses, helping others feel grounded and inspired.

With a training in visual arts and permaculture specialized in fruitshas demonstrated his understanding of the process of growing fruit and how to manifest a cycle of abundance. By sharing the essence of the fruitRepresented through an artistic and sensual lens, Glatt has been able to penetrate the world of Web 3.0 and NFT.

Your NFT social project, Crypto Papayaswhich launched last year at SXSW, has been seen event after event, most recently at Consensus 2022. Through altars, ceremonies and large-scale art installations, Glatt’s message for the world is to connect, play. and interact with the resources of our nature that we often overlook.

The bohemian archetype Glatt has also allowed him to carve a world of fruits that serves as a euphemism for anatomy female sexualwhich is symbolically linked to human sexuality and the life that is created in it.

It also plays an active role in Polygon Studios as your resident artist and creator of NFT, traveling around the world to as many conferences as he can, donating his energy and talents to help empower women and bring out human spirituality and wonder in conference attendees.

Prior to NFT.NYC, Be[In]Crypto sat down with Glattas well as on NFT LA to learn more about the interconnectedness of nature and technology, and how it has continued to promote anti-establishment, free love, and frugality political and social views.

“I take every opportunity and I show up with my volume, energy and spreading what it means to be free,” Glatt told Be[In]Crypto.

“Art is more than a screen. These are means to present to interact and engage people through curiosity and attention,” she continued.

For those who attended NFT LA, Glatt’s exhibit was created from real edible fruit, including delicious pineapples.

“The purpose was to create art from the screen itself, so we built the frame with real fruit where people could interact with it.”

The fruit is the embodiment of Glatt’s bohemian

When we asked the abstract artist why he chose to focus his NFT project and his art around fruit, pointed to nature and the world around us, which we often take for granted.

“There is nothing more representative of nature than fruit,” he explained. “From a mere seed a little plant arises, which in time becomes a tree, and that same tree bears fruit. As humans, we have the privilege of taking that fresh and beautiful fruit and doing whatever we want with it. For me, it is the greatest gift that modern art has given us. I am taking the fruit as a concept and showing people how we can connect humanity with nature and Web 3.0 technology.”

Glatt, that comes from the jungles of Tulum, says he’d rather be here NFT.NYC and at all of these conferences, where he intends to continue to raise awareness and serve as an agent of change to help expand the Web 3.0 movement through human sexuality and spirituality.

“It is important to be aware of where we live right now, because sometimes living in cities, we don’t always see or appreciate the nature that surrounds us. My mission is to help bring this technology and old, futuristic nature to cities.”

Currently, Glatt has actively launched its NFT collection on the blockchain Tezos, Ripple and Solana. His work has been seen in a variety of hotels, festivals and retreats in Miami, Tulum, Mykonos, Melbourne, Los Angeles, Santa Teresa, Mexico City, Xilitla and Tel Aviv.
