The Slow Food Earth Market of San Floriano in Valpolicella, was born from a synergistic action between themunicipal administration of San Pietro in Cariano, theSlow Food Garda Veronese association and theassociation US of San Floriano, for a joint promotion of food “Good, Clean and Fair“.

With this initiative, the intent of the Municipality of San Pietro in Cariano is to promote the area and offer it to the population products of the short chainmade by small producers and food artisans, in combination with the excellence of Valpolicella.

Together with the Earth Market, theassociation NOI of San Florianoin the wake of the Encyclical “Laudato Si”, takes the opportunity to present a path of dating about experiences which show not only the necessity but also the beauty of living with attention and care in harmony with creation and creatures.
