Concerts, meetings and rehearsals with open doors are about to take off, with Master Uto ughi and many other great interpreters, proposed to the young people, to safeguard musical culture and to donate to the communityto the joy of great music.

Uto Ughi, one of the greatest violinists of our time, is the protagonist for the second consecutive year ofthe review national carrying his first name ”Uto Ughi for young people” starting from Piedmont, precisely from the city of Alba, And with stages planned throughout Italy.

After successthe festival “The Unknown Holiness” dAndthe Arturo Toscanini Cultural Association of Savigliano from Ivanand Natasha Chiarlo, which for 14 editions has led interpreters of the highest artistic level to perform in Piedmont by bringing together music and spirituality in various forms, has been transformed, while maintaining its identity, into a project dedicated to young people.

Concerts and masterclasses dedicated to young people will have free admission “….why art is a precious and spiritual asset to which everyone must have access…”how has emphasizestoto Maestro Uto Ughi.

At a time when the new generations have suffered a serious educational and cultural impoverishment due to the pandemic, in 2021 The Unknown Holiness in agreement with Maestro Uto Ughi and the Foundation Piera, Pietro and Giovanni Ferrero, whose president is Maria Franca Ferrero, has developed a program full of established performers, virtuoso talents and excellent musical moments to let the audience experience the emotion of great music.

StMeetings are scheduled with young people from all schools of all levels to pass on to the new generations the love and sensitivity towards music and, in general, towards culture, through open conversations between the youngsters, Maestro Ughi and the involved interpreters.

This type of dissemination has the merit of capturing the attention of young people, transmitting them positive messages to be applied to everyday life.

TOThrough a program of concerts, music is explained in a simple and direct way, soliciting active participation from the audience.

The 2022 stage of the Festival which takes place in December and January, starts from Piedmont, precisely from the city of Alba, in the province of Cuneo, to then reach Savigliano and other cities in Piedmont and notsuch as Taranto and Venice.

The inaugural concert, who will see protagonist the Master Ugh, it will take placeto in the Auditorium of the Ferrero Foundation of Dawn and the subsequent concerts in various places in the city of Alba and Savigliano, with debates with well-known personalities of the Italian cultural scene, concerts And open trials.

THEL maestro Ughi, with the Orchestra “Uto Ughi and friends”, will be also in Taranto on 15 and 16 December, supported by Eni withthe patronage of the Municipality of Taranto.

More in detail gThursday 15 December, at 21, at the Teatro Orfeoof Taranto will perform the Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi, the best known of the compositions of the “Red Priest”. Maestro Ughi will read and comment on the original Vivaldian sonnets that precede the performance of each concert, to restore all its poeticity to the text, making the musicality of the verses and that of the notes of his violin appreciated. It will be possible to follow the text on the program for a greater and more fascinating understanding, as if it were a lesson-concert.

This very famous Baroque composition is the absolute pinnacle of Italian creativity of all times, symbolically represents the exaltation of lifefrom his every moment of which Vivaldi shows beauty, placing it in the harmony of the cycle of time.

With “Open door rehearsals: dialogues with music, sounds and words”, Thursday 15 December, at 10.30, again at the Orfeo Theater of Taranto, the project envisages a meeting dedicated and reserved for young people in schools, of all levels, in the form of a conversation about music.

Young people are invited to the general rehearsal that precedes the concert and they will be given the opportunity to interact through questions and exchanges, establishing a sincere and spontaneous dialogue with the musicians.

“The aim – it was explained – is to transmit love, sensitivity towards music and culture in the new generations through an open conversation between the boys, the teacher and the performers who join this project. It is hoped that suggestions, insights, unknown or forgotten emotional and value aspects may arise and emerge from the proposed experience through the universal language of music. Music explained, in a simple and direct way, and the messages attributable to it make up the image of beauty in a broad sense, as an essential characteristic that must nourish young sensibilities”.

Finally, unly to the open-door rehearsal, the Toscanini Association proposes and organizes a free high-level musical masterclass for young students of the Taranto Conservatory on Friday 16 December, at 4 pm. An opportunity for young talents who can study under the guidance of maestro Uto Ughi.

“With the proposal “Masterclass with open doors” – explain the promoters – we want to promote a meeting based on listening to music aimed at satisfying the curiosities of the young audience through dialogues and exchanges of opinion between teachers and students, in order to create a atmosphere conducive to the development of sensitivity and communication of the musical idea”.
