I was commenting last week about the significant fact that constituted the prayer of the plenary session of the Congress of the Republic of Peru, spontaneously convened by a parliamentarian, who recited the famous verses of the “Universal Prayer”, instituted by Master Dr. Serge Raynaud of the Ferrière (Avatar or World Instructor of this new cosmic cycle).
