In a speech before the participants of this conference, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution declared: “The flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the flag of justice and spirituality. In a world where all beliefs and actions are based on violence, profit and materialistic ideologies, it is obvious and natural that whoever raises the flag of justice and spirituality will face hostile reactions. The opposition and confrontation of the global Arrogance and hegemonic powers to the ideals and actions of the Islamic Republic of Iran is explained by this logic of domination, because we have raised the flag of justice and spirituality to reject their lies, because they want to suggest that there are ethnic, religious or doctrinal divisions among Muslims. However, the only confrontation that exists is that of the Muslim world and global Arrogance. »

“Followers of the People of the Abode of the Prophet and the Shiites of the world are proud to see that the Islamic Republic of Iran courageously stands in the face of the seven-headed dragon of global Arrogance and defeats many of their conspiracies,” Hon. Ayatollah Khamenei added pointing out that on many occasions the Islamic Republic of Iran has successfully resisted the pressing demands and pressures of Arrogance.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution claimed that the anger and deep animosity of the world Arrogance against the Islamic Republic of Iran is explained by the position of the Iranians who encourage other nations to resist the hegemonic powers. “Iran and its supporters managed to thwart US plots such as the creation of the terrorist organization Daesh. This has caused the propaganda machine of the Americans to carry out a vast campaign of Iranophobia and hatred against the Shiites by suggesting that Iran is interfering in the affairs of other countries in the region,” said the Honorable Ayatollah Khamenei.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution asserted that the Islamic Republic of Iran does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, he believed that these unfounded accusations had their roots in the inability of the World Arrogance to prevent Iran’s progress on various fronts.

The 7th Conference of the World Assembly of Ahl-ul-Bayt is underway simultaneously in the Iranian capital Tehran and the city of Mashhad, and will continue until September 4. Religious and thinkers from more than 110 countries took part.

The World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt is an international non-governmental organization based in Iran. It was founded in 1990 by a group of Shia clerics and thinkers.
