This year’s event continues to recognize the work of people and entities that have been on the front line of the fight against COVID-19, which also marked last year’s medals. His effort and commitment are an inspiration to all citizens, who are still facing the effects of the crisis caused by the pandemic.

Of the twenty five medalsfive se deliver in the city ​​scope and the remaining twenty are chosen by each ten districts.

Between the fourteen entities honored There are three that celebrate their centenary this year: the Sants Sports Union, the Horta Athletic Union and the Baixeras School. The remaining eleven medals have been delivered to six women and five men.

The Plenary session of the Municipal Council for the month of July unanimously approved the complete list of people and entities to receive the 2022 medals.
