Paris Plages 2022 extended to the Rives de Seine, free activities

Paris beach always waiting for you on the Banks of the Seine upto September 4, 2022. Indeed, the favorite summer event of Parisians plays the extensions, and allows us to still enjoy this beautiful weather until the start of the school year. Please note that the Paris Plage entertainment at La Villette basin are well and truly finished: only the Parc des Banks of the Seine extends the experience.

Cool off at Paris Plages 2022, Berges de Seine:

• Foggersevery day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  Just after the Pont Neuf, a Mist Garden awaits you to refresh yourself with “parabrumes”, kinds of showers that diffuse a fine mist that you can enjoy on sunny days.

• Eau de Paris water points
  Eau de Paris, the leading public water company in France, provides support to the City of Paris for the Paris Plages operation through the provision of water points:
  

  • 4 totem fountains on the right bank of Parc Rives de Seine

  • 4 totem fountains on the left bank of Parc Rives de Seine

  • 1 sparkling fountain quai Anatole France

Sports at Paris Plages 2022, Berges de Seine:

• Swedish GymISaturday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Monday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  Find a Swedish gym teacher near the Musée d’Orsay for a muscular and cardiovascular awakening! The practice is based on series of repetitive exercises, generally without the use of equipment. The goal is, like many sports practices, to strengthen both the muscular and cardiovascular system of the practitioner. It can also improve flexibility, balance and coordination skills.
  
• Savate lessonsthe Sunday from 110 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  Free Savate lessons will be provided by the FF SAVATE as part of the DJS / Paris Sport Dimanches scheme.
  
• Dance classesevery day from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  The Paris Salsa association invites the public to come and discover or rediscover a different style of dance each evening. And, on Sunday afternoon, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the youngest can find the children’s ball.
• Energy awakeningevery day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  Find a Tai Chi or Do in teacher every day on the Quai de Seine for a muscular and spiritual awakening at the level of the Pont-Neuf!

Having fun at Paris Plages 2022, Rives de Seine:

• The Dolcevita-sur-Seine festival
  Dolcevita-sur-Seine, it’s the brand new film festival organized by “Roman-Parisians” from the Palatine association, which launches the season of outdoor screenings. Opposite Ile-Saint-Louis (Paris Centre), on the Quai des Célestins, the event invites us to experience a real Roman week. Expo, cinema, meetings, concerts, readings and music await you.
  
• Of the poetic consultation Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  Every Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., actors, dancers or musicians from the Théâtre de la Ville de Paris offer you Poetic Consultations. Sit down to enjoy the freshness of the banks of the Seine or La Villette while chatting with an artist, listen to the poem he has chosen for you and leave with your poetic prescription… For a summer full of poetry! Duration: 20 minutes. Free and open to all, without reservation.

• Games-ZoidsWednesday to Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  Cafézoïde, the children’s café, comes every year to offer a space for free games, various and varied plastic arts activities, music and sports for all children.

  Come (re)learn lifesaving gestures during free initiations offered by the Paris City Hall, the Civil Protection and the Red Cross during Paris Plages, one session per hour towards the Hôtel de Ville!

Note, toilets, a security center and defibrillators will be installed on the site to ensure real comfort during this family outing which should delight young and old alike!
