Monday 18 live the pilgrimage of adolescents to Rome and the meeting with Pope Francis

Rome, 8 April 2022. TV2000 special programming (channel 28 and 157 Sky) dedicated to Easter and Holy Week. The CEI broadcaster, in collaboration with Vatican Media, broadcasts the following live shows with Pope Francis: Sunday 10 April at 10 am the Mass of the Palms and at 12 the recitation of the Angelus; Thursday 14 April at 9.30 the Chrism Mass; on Friday 15 at 5 pm the celebration of the Passion live and at 9.15 pm the Via Crucis from the Colosseum; Saturday 16 at 19.30 live from the Vatican Basilica the Easter Vigil; Sunday 17 at 10 am the Easter Mass followed by the ‘Urbi et Orbi’ blessing from the central Loggia of St. Peter’s Basilica. Monday 18 at 17.30 the pilgrimage of adolescents to Rome and the meeting with Pope Francis, the special of the program ‘The diary of Pope Francis’ introduces the event starting at 15.15.

The Easter triduum celebrations with Pope Francis live also on Radio InBlu2000.

The special programming of Tv2000 dedicated to Holy Week also includes: from Thursday 14 April to Sunday 17 at 7 ‘This mystery is great’, a moment of preparation for Easter with prayers and reflections on the Gospel of the Passion. Also on Thursday 14, the prayer vigil ‘With Jesus in the garden of olives’ live at 8 pm from the Basilica of Gethsemane.

Among the prime time movies: Barabbas by Roger Young (April 10); Ten Commandments by CB DeMille (April 12); The Tunic by Henry Koster (April 14); The gladiators by Delmer Daves (April 15); The Bible by John Huston (Saturday April 16); Saint Peter by Giulio Base – part 1 (April 17).
