Claudia Clemente
Bagherese doc. In Bagheria I was also born, in my parents’ house, the sculptor Gaetano Clemente and Rosalia Coglitore, daughter of one of the first photographers in this city. I had no escape “I grew up among the wood shavings of statues and carts, the photographic images on the glass plates of the Certosa and Villa Valguarnera and the drawings of the artistic high school of Aunt Carolina, the only sister of my father who attended the artistic high school. To undertake artistic studies and try to bring his teachings and passion into everyday life more than taken for granted. I have practically painted for a lifetime with any technique and on any medium, participating in collective painting exhibitions (themed, competing and even impromptu), winning numerous prizes both in money and in contracts for the marketing of the works. 6 solo exhibitions and I’m preparing my new series of works for the seventh. Since 2007 I have been president of a non-profit association that deals with the organization of shows and films from production to distribution and courses to convey the passion for art at 360 degrees to pupils aged 4 to 80. Set designer, costume designer, graphics and any other activity that allows me to express creativity and colors.

Sara Granà (Cesarina)

Cesarina, aka Sara, was born on November 15, 1972 in Aalen (Germany) and later moved to Altavilla Milicia and currently in Bagheria (Sicily). You completed your studies at the Regional Art Institute of the ancient Baroque city. Francesco Federico writes: “(…) Cesarina Granà’s pictorial works are not affected by the gloomy chromatism expressed by Caravaggio and other brilliant artists, who in their works placed the dualism between the darkness of life and the light of good. Ours, gives us the knowledge of light as a possible absolute truth, revealing that our journey or our presence must be supported by the spirituality bestowed by heaven ”. Numerous collective and personal exhibitions took place in different cities of Italy.

Katia Cirrincione
Katia Cirrincione was born in Bagheria in 1960 and lives in Palermo.
The bright colors are what the painter looks for to express her painting; her works are full of chromatic and emotional elements.
The paintings dedicated to motoring art and in particular to the historic “Targa Florio” race are also very popular.
Katia Cirrincione’s painting is also a fashion accessory: the artist has created an original line of jewels that reproduce famous paintings and history of the Sicilian tradition.
“The figurative realism of Katia Cirrincione undoubtedly lies in the power of color that collaborates in this singular approach to determine Katia’s work with an exasperation of an expressive path that involves the object or subjects depicted in the canvases and where Katia has the pleasure of to paint reality almost in a carnal way, and where the light that shines through in his paintings… ”Master Mauri Lucchese. The painter has several personal and collective exhibitions that took place in Palermo and its province, Milan and Taormina.
