Nadia Heritage breaks into the world of literature with an unconventional genre. In it converges spirituality, romantic narrative, and certain overtones of self-help. But it’s her pen that sets her apart, although many may point out that she bears some resemblance to Brian Weiss, she goes to another level. Nadia, who is a writer and medium, spoke with Diario 13 about her book.
Your recent release ‘Surrender to Feel’ tells the story of Sarah. But this book exceeds her present because it approaches it from everything that is rooted in her, that is to say that it recounts certain stages of her ancestors and how her family tree configures her current situation. In addition, the author adds the plus of the multiplicity of readings, since she intersperses stories of the protagonist’s relatives, revealing how she was unlocking her fears, traumas and hardships to find a breaking point that leads her to love herself. and want.
In this case, the reader will find 73 stories that magically intertwine with the more than 90 characters that appear in it. It is worth mentioning that this novel It is based on true stories although its characters are fictitious.
You perfectly mix fiction with what we can call self-help. How did you come up with capturing the story like that? Also, how did you come up with the order in which you generated the story?
Nadia: Actually, I channeled the idea. In a dream my guides showed me the book I was to write to explain how to heal the tree, what tools are available to do it, what is necessary to recognize and accept to give freedom to emotions that block what we genuinely want to live. I found it interesting to give a different twist to the way of narrating so that the reader could create their own hypotheses and be able to see themselves identified, perhaps, with some of the emotions or situations that are told.
Does your book have a similar line to Brian Weiss, did I inspire you in his way of writing?
Nadia: I’ve read all the Brian Weiss books, I find it fascinating to be able to tell stories that mobilize or make noise inside to start a personal search. If I think there was something that could have been inspiring, it was that, trying with the story, making the person reflect on their history and their life decisions.
Did your personal life lead you to the path of biodecoding?
Nadia: Yes, I have practiced all the therapies that I mention in the book, including biodecoding. I consider that everything that arouses your curiosity is the soul asking you for an experience in that place. There is something to discover and learn about you through that therapy or that experience.
Does healing spiritually connect with healing physically?
Nadia: Yes. We must know that the first thing that gets sick is the spirit, it is the first part of our being that decides what we will live next for our evolution. Physical illness is a response to emotional conflictl that we could not assimilate, understand, accept at some point in our lives. The body does the work of purification or cleaning when we have not been aware of our emotions.
Our past shapes our present, but do you agree that souls are always connected?
Nadia: We are conditioned in this incarnation by the decisions we make in past lives, by the experiences of the people of the tree we choose, which are always in resonance with what we live in other lives, plus everything we are learning in this incarnation. Every human being comes down to earth with his soul family, which is not always the blood family, we choose it before we are born. We are always in connection with the souls that will help us grow spiritually on this earth, from love or fear, we agree before returning.
Sara and Juan are two people who lived a life full of obstacles and found themselves at a point where they were in the process of healing, does your daughter come with a more harmonious tree?
nadia: Yes, it comes after your parents have let go of burdens and acknowledged many emotions. It comes with less work to do, we would say… Many souls wait for their parents to be in a punctual state of evolution to come down, so they don’t interfere with the karma that they still need to clear. Sara and Juan’s daughter arrives with a lot to teach those parents about unconditional love, union, making unconscious fears conscious, among other things.
