However, to this must be added that the actor himself revealed details of the bipolar disorder he suffers from, which was detected years ago after his parents admitted him to a mental health center.

In the the 47-year-old actor commented on how he learned to cope with this disorder and what are the ways in which he maintains control of his emotions.

As he indicated, everything happened when he was 20 years old and participated in a religious session. “I actually had a little break where I thought I was connected to some kind of god that I wasn’t really connected to… It was like I had all the answers all of a sudden.”, he explained.

Harbor he emphasized that he was not under the influence of any substance when this occurred, but that it was his diagnosed disorder.

Finally, the health center gave him a diagnosis and some medication. “That’s when the drugs came in”, which complicated the addictions, since he admitted that “have had trouble taking and stopping pills”.

Finally, Harbor ruled out the usefulness of the pills, assuring that they are not productive in his case.
