A reflective and spiritual Jhenny Serrano explains the value of humor in health

“We need to understand that we are not only flesh, but that we are spirit, we are energy; as we are energy, we vibrate, and as we vibrate, we attract things”, he told La Razón.

From the moment she entered the studio of Piedra, Papel y Tinta de La Razón, the good vibes of the artist Jenny Serrano infected everyone. She showed herself in a new facet for the public, because she, in addition to humor, practices and teaches spiritual and energy fields.

He visited La Paz to present ‘Espectacular’, the new show to be held at the 16 de Julio movie theater with the entire cast of Champagne Show. However, on the Cultural Friday of La Razón, Serrano could be known from other facets: the spiritual and the reflective.

“I dedicated my whole life to art and I said to the Father (God): what do I have to do to return everything you give me? And I began to find this path that allows me to deliver what I lacked at the time; (…) when I decided to continue with this energy thing, I started a company called CREE”, said the Satuca interpreter.

CREE is the Center for Reprogramming and Emotional Balance, an enterprise of the comedian that collaborates with two types of support: the ‘decoding’ of transgenerational trees; and accompaniment in bioneuroemotion, which consists of performing healing based on energies.

“We, as instruments on Earth, must guide other beings whose consciousness is asleep. I studied Reiki (Japanese healing method transmitted with the hands to the patient’s body to alleviate their ailments and illnesses), I did a lot of work in the energy part, and I did it because I wanted to give back to people everything they have given me, “he added.

Serrano, an Arts graduate who studied Electrical Engineering in Cochabamba up to the seventh semester, studied these areas of quantum physics, specializing in bioneuroemotion and biodecoding, completing master’s degrees and postgraduate degrees. She has been involved in this world for 20 years.

“We need to understand that we are not only flesh, but that we are spirit, we are energy; as we are energy, we vibrate, and as we vibrate, we attract things. The vibration is measured; if you vibrate low, you will always attract sadness and illness, because emotions become ‘psychosomatized’ and become illness in the body”, explained the comedian.

According to Serrano, the vibrations have a value and reflect the state of mind; for example, shame has a vibration of 25, sorrow 30, anger 100, courage 200, and joy or happiness 540 points.

“The break or bridge occurs in courage; if it vibrates there, it goes up; courage means ‘enough, no more’. I am not that poor thing, that unsuccessful person, that person who gets hurt; you say ‘enough’ and from there upwards the positive vibration begins and good things are attracted to your life”, added Serrano.

Serrano, back in La Paz for presentations between Friday and Sunday, also recounted his long career in humor. He affirmed that throughout his 40 years he knew how to manage his humorous language so as not to fall into vulgarity: “I am very careful about using satire, there is a fine line with vulgarity,” he said.

Very positive in character, she considered that there is no room for sadness and that suffering “is optional”. And “there is time for everything”, the idea is to organize yourself better.
