Monsignor Carlo Rocchetta

Formerly a professor of sacramentary at the Pontifical Gregorian University of Rome and at the Theological Faculty of Florence, he is currently a professor at the Theological Institute of Assisi. He is a founding member of the Italian Society for Theological Research (SIRT), and of the International Academy of Marriage Spirituality (INTAMS) based in Brussels, as well as director of the Systematic Theology Course in Bologna and author of numerous publications and contributions to journals. scientific.

During his ministerial commitment, he felt the strong desire to devote himself completely to the family and, in particular, to couples in crisis and their children, to single and separated spouses. A profound inner need, like a vocation within a vocation, which led him to leave professorships and other commitments at the national level, to devote himself totally to this mission or service. Thus, his most recent works arise from his activity as a spiritual assistant at the Family Center House of Tenderness of Perugia, which deals with the reception of couples in difficulty, with training in married life and with the study of the theology of marriage and the family.
