The young actor and director talks about himself, revealing how he landed in the world of cinema: “At the beginning I wanted to be a youtuber, but I didn’t like anyone. Bangla The Series was released on 13 April 2022 in box set on RaiPlay. It is the only Italian product selected at MIPDrama 2022. The series is the sequel to the 2019 film, also starring and directed by the actor and director of Phaim Bhuiyan. He has already been, at the age of only 24, the author, director, screenwriter and protagonist of the film Bangla, released in theaters in May 2019. The film was awarded the Golden Globe and the Silver Ribbon for the best comedy of 2019. In May 2020, Phaim won one of the most prestigious awards in the world of cinema: the Donatello for best new director. In 2021, another important recognition: he is included in the Forbes ranking 30 Under 30 Europe.
