PESARO – “DECANTO – Tastings and Concerts in the cellars of the territory” homage Rossini in three unmissable appointments.
Tomorrow, Wednesday 15 Junespecial event in collaboration with The Bianchello Relay5th stage, to the Cignano winery, in the locality of Isola di Fano in Fossombrone. On stage the “Trio all’Opera”: a chamber ensemble that contains in a casket of vocal and instrumental timbres some of the musical excellence ofG. Rossini Symphony Orchestra.
The famous composer from Pesaro represents the symbol of this project, his music is interpreted by soloists born in his territory. The program continues with opera arias from other pillars of the operatic repertoire: the spirituality of greensthe pathos of Puccinithe gracefulness of Lehar. There accordion from Giacomo Rotatoria fascinating instrument for its versatility, unknown in the traditional operatic field, distorts and accompanies the lyricism of the voice of the soprano Isabella Oraziettihe was born in clarinet from Vanessa Scaranoto the point of acquiring its own identity.

Friday 17 June DECANT goes “Traveling with Rossini” to the farm Bruscia of San Costanzo. The tribute to the swan of Pesaro will see the prestigious presence of an exceptional guest, the baritone world famous Nicola Alaimo. To the piano the soloist will sit Claudia Foresiwhile texts and narration will be edited by Paolo RosettiArtistic Secretary of the G. Rossini Symphony Orchestra.
If there is one characteristic in common to all musicians of all eras and all geographical origins, it is certainly that of traveling. Gioachino Rossini is no exception. From his birth Pesaro he lived in various Italian cities until he moved to the French capital, Paris, where he spent almost the rest of his life.
Dinner starting at 7 pm based on traditional lasagna and grilled meat on the grill with side dish, accompanied by organic wines from Cantina Bruscia.

Tuesday 21st June at the Tenuta Santi Giacomo and Filippo of Urbino the summer solstice is celebrated with “Rossini Gourmet”. Five o’clock first parts of the horns ofG. Rossini Symphony Orchestra (Elena Giri, flute; Lorenzo Luciani, oboe; Marco Torsani, clarinet; Paolo Rosetti, bassoon; Enrico Barchetta, horn), flanked by the actor Jader Baiocchi pay homage to Gioachino Rossini’s passion for cooking with a story in music, between anecdotes and recipes. The evening opens with a virtuoso fantasy dedicated to the Barber of Seville by the flutist Giulio Briccialdi, after whom the Conservatory of Terni is named.

“DECANTO – Tastings and Concerts in the cellars of the territory” is the new festival organized by the G. Rossini Symphony Orchestra that until 29 July will accompany the audience in 17 dates with i Soloists of the Rossini Orchestra and with special guests, a real tour dedicated to the excellence of the Marche region to discover the quality wine production and the territories in which they are born.
The festival boasts the support of the Marche Region, Department of Culture, Ministry of Culture, Province of Pesaro and Urbino, Municipality of Pesaro, Municipality of Fano, Tourism Department, Municipality of Terre Roveresche, Apa Hotels Pesaro, Oasi Oikos and Symphonic Orchestra G Rossini. And it is made in collaboration with Friends of the G. Rossini Symphony Orchestra and La Staffetta del Bianchello.
